“I engaged Dr. Fleming because his approach and methods were different from traditional executive coaching. He helped me take an intensive, internal journey before gathering external feedback to surface areas for action. I went into it feeling ‘stuck’ and concluded feeling rejuvenated. There’s executive coaching, then there’s Dr. Fleming. I recommend CEOs feeling a bit stuck to consider Dr. Fleming as they look to optimize their contributions for the future success of their organization.”

NEUROSCIENCE OF LEADERSHIP.
REVOLUTIONARY TOOLS
Dr. Kevin Fleming is Founder of a unique neuroscience-based decision-making and behavior-change consulting firm. Serving clients in a concierge fashion, Dr. Fleming travels the world helping clients change — onsite, in their milieu — when traditional psychology, psychiatry, self-help and other “trite motivational” approaches haven’t worked. Earning a B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame and doing a Postdoctoral Residency in Behavioral Medicine, he went on to apply the latest of neuroscience technologies and neuroeconomics to problems of irrationality that ‘slip through the cracks’ of other healthcare approaches. He has served clients on 5 continents, including cabinet members for the King of Jordan, Fortune 100 executives, and NFL players, and has been cited in the New York Times, Fortune Magazine, Newsweek, CNN and many others. His work has received acclaim from both faculty at Harvard Medical and Business Schools, and he is an Advisory Board Member at EON Reality, a company advancing learning with virtual reality. He resides in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Tulsa, Oklahoma, and is a singer/songwriter on the side. (www.nimbitmusic.com/kevinfleming)

THE PROBLEM
THE PROMISE
Models of therapy don’t fit lifestyles, assumptions, and thinking of driven folks “on the go”
We are over-medicating people
Our personal and professional lives are “split” by supposed healers who compartmentalize us
Lack of innovation by people doing change work these days
We all say we want to change, but hate being changed
We match our technologies and facilitations with the needs of each individual client – including taking it all right to your door or getaway location!
We measure/assess the brain’s imbalances exactly and promote a natural balancing of the brain
We see a “bridge of thinking” between our many selves, and we leverage a systems-based way to create shifts that minimizes contradictions and compartmentalizing
We leverage neuroeconomics and the study of “irrationality” to get real – fast – so your time is not wasted with illusions
